Blaze
Blaze Professional LUX 34-Inch 3-Burner Built-In Gas Grill
Blaze's flagship built-in, and the point at which the brand stops competing on value. Three 18,000 BTU cast stainless H-burners replace the LTE's four tube burners, running 54,000 BTU into 816 square inches under 12mm hexagonal cooking rods roughly a third thicker than the LTE's 9mm. A rotisserie kit with a waterproof motor is included rather than optional, along with a 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner. Price quoted is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY in propane at BBQGuys, the authorized dealer; Blaze itself publishes no prices.

Features
Pros
- ✓H-burners at 18,000 BTU each spread flame further across the grate than tube burners, which is the real reason this line exists
- ✓12mm hexagonal rods hold far more thermal mass than the 9mm rods on the LTE+ and sear noticeably harder
- ✓Rotisserie kit and waterproof motor are in the box, not a $300 add-on
- ✓816 sq in in a 34-inch head is more cooking surface than most 36-inch competitors deliver
- ✓Same lifetime warranty as the entry BCM, so the money buys hardware rather than coverage
- ✓Deeper 28.75 inch firebox fits a full rib rack front to back
Cons
- ✗Three burners means coarser zone control than the four-burner LTE+ despite costing nearly twice as much
- ✗Needs a larger 32-1/4 inch cutout, so it is not a drop-in replacement for a 32-inch Blaze island
- ✗Head only at this price — cart, doors, side burner and island are all separate
- ✗No digital control, probe or connectivity of any kind at a $4,000 price point

More from Blaze →Blaze's volume seller and the model most 32-inch outdoor kitchens are built around. It adds a 10,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner, interior halogen lighting and illuminated control knobs to the BCM's four 14,000 BTU cast stainless burners, for 66,000 BTU total. The price quoted is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY in propane at BBQGuys; natural gas runs about $250 more and the freestanding cart version is a separate SKU. The LTE+ is the current revision of the long-running LTE, with a lift-assist hood and a redesigned double-lined lid.
Blaze's entry into the built-in outdoor-kitchen market, and as of 2026 the line that replaced the older Prelude LBM in Blaze's own catalog. Four cast 304 stainless burners at 14,000 BTU each, 9mm triangular stainless cooking rods, heat-zone dividers and a lifetime warranty on everything that carries heat. The price quoted is for the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY at BBQGuys; the same head on a Blaze cart is a separate SKU that lands several hundred dollars higher. Against the Premium LTE+ above it, the BCM drops the rear infrared rotisserie burner, the interior lights and the illuminated knobs.
A kamado with no ceramic in it: the body is solid cast aluminum up to 1¼ inches thick, with a hex-pattern stainless steel cooking grid and a hinged grate for adding fuel mid-cook. Because the housing is non-porous metal rather than ceramic, Blaze allows any charcoal, any wood and any lighter-fluid or starter method without risk of absorption or thermal cracking, and covers the whole grill — body, grids, hinge, hardware — under a lifetime warranty. It is sold as a drop-in head for outdoor kitchens, with a separate cart or sleeve as an accessory.
The 38-inch step up from the Angus and Bull's highest-volume premium head. Five cast stainless burners plus an infrared back burner make 90,000 BTU across 943 square inches total — 720 primary and a 223 square inch warming rack. Bull's $3,939 MSRP covers the DROP-IN HEAD ONLY. Worth knowing before you buy: Bull has stopped bundling the rotisserie kit with these models, so the spit and motor that older reviews describe as included are now a separate accessory.
Weber
Weber Summit FS38 E
Weber's current flagship freestanding gas grill, replacing the long-running Summit S-Series. Five tapered PureBlu burners make 65,000 BTU, with a 12,000 BTU side burner and a 16,000 BTU top-down infrared broiler that sears from above rather than below. A rotisserie motor, spit and forks are included rather than sold separately, as is a stainless smoker box. The Smart FS38X adds Weber Connect for roughly $1,300 more.
Weber's only built-in gas grill, and the reason it belongs beside the Blaze and Bull heads: instead of a rear rotisserie burner, it uses a 16,000 BTU top-down infrared broiler that fires heat downward onto the food from above, which browns a steak edge-to-edge rather than only where it touches the grate. Five PureBlu burners make 65,000 BTU for 81,000 total across 681 square inches. The rotisserie and a large stainless smoker box are included. Price is for the BUILT-IN unit in propane, including the trim kit for the cutout.
