Weber Summit SB38 S Built-In Gas Grill
Weber's only built-in gas grill, and the reason it belongs beside the Blaze and Bull heads: instead of a rear rotisserie burner, it uses a 16,000 BTU top-down infrared broiler that fires heat downward onto the food from above, which browns a steak edge-to-edge rather than only where it touches the grate. Five PureBlu burners make 65,000 BTU for 81,000 total across 681 square inches. The rotisserie and a large stainless smoker box are included. Price is for the BUILT-IN unit in propane, including the trim kit for the cutout.

Specifications
Features
Pros
- ✓The top-down infrared broiler is a genuinely different searing mechanism from every rear-burner rival here and browns the whole surface at once
- ✓Weber parts and service are available everywhere, which is the single biggest practical advantage over Blaze, Bull, Coyote and Summerset
- ✓Rotisserie and smoker box are both included rather than accessories
- ✓240 lbs of stainless cookbox holds heat like the premium built-ins costing more
- ✓NIGHTVISION lighting and soft-close cabinet doors are unusually finished details for a built-in
Cons
- ✗No side burner at all, where nearly every rival at this price offers one as at least an option
- ✗Warranty tops out at 15 years on the cookbox; Blaze, Bull and Summerset all offer lifetime coverage on burners and body for less money
- ✗$4,399 buys a 34-inch Blaze Professional LUX with heavier 12mm grates and a lifetime warranty
- ✗Weber does not publish the cutout dimensions on the product page — they are in the separate installation guide
- ✗Five burners across 38 inches is fine, but the primary surface is smaller than the Bull Brahma's for more money

Weber Summit FS38 E
Weber's current flagship freestanding gas grill, replacing the long-running Summit S-Series. Five tapered PureBlu burners make 65,000 BTU, with a 12,000 BTU side burner and a 16,000 BTU top-down infrared broiler that sears from above rather than below. A rotisserie motor, spit and forks are included rather than sold separately, as is a stainless smoker box. The Smart FS38X adds Weber Connect for roughly $1,300 more.
Weber
Weber Genesis E-415
The four-burner Genesis with an enclosed cabinet, and the volume seller of the Genesis line. 646 sq in of primary grate — 820 sq in with the warming rack — makes it roughly a third larger than the 3-burner Genesis models, at the cost of the Sear Zone and smart thermometer those carry. Porcelain-enameled steel lid and painted steel doors; the S-415 is the same grill in stainless for $100 more.
Weber
Weber Genesis E-325s
The Weber Genesis E-325s is a 3-burner premium propane gas grill with a dedicated sear zone and side burner, part of Weber's redesigned Genesis line. Weber is the benchmark brand for backyard gas grills. Note: this model is no longer sold new as of 2026. Its current equivalent is the Weber Genesis E-325. (2024 refresh dropped the 's' (stainless flavorizer bars became porcelain); weber.com E-325s NG listed $849 'Currently Unavailable', new E-325 $899)
The smart 3-burner Genesis in Weber's current "W" generation, which replaced the 2022 E-325s generation the existing catalog entry refers to. It carries the same 513 sq in primary grate as the old E-325s but adds a built-in WiFi thermometer with one wired food probe reporting to the Weber Connect app, and a Sear Zone that Weber rates to 750°F. LP as priced; natural gas is $949.
Weber
Weber Spirit E-325
The top of Weber's non-smart Spirit line and the model directly above the Spirit E-310 already in this catalog. It adds a Sear Zone — two Boost Burners that concentrate roughly 40% more power over one section of the grate — plus 360 sq in of primary grilling space against the E-310's 424 sq in total. Priced as the LP version in black; natural gas runs $549.
