Summerset
Summerset TRL Pro 32-Inch 3-Burner Built-In Gas Grill
Summerset's flagship built-in, and the current name for what used to be the plain TRL line. Three 20,000 BTU #304 U-tube burners make 60,000 BTU, plus a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner that ships with a 40 lb-capacity motor rotisserie kit included rather than optional. The standout feature is the bezel lighting: the LED ring around each knob shifts white to red to show whether that burner is actually lit, which is the kind of thing you only appreciate after leaving a burner running. Price is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY (TRLPRO32) at BBQGuys; the matching cart is a separate Summerset SKU.

Specifications
Features
Pros
- ✓Rotisserie kit and a 40 lb motor are included — Bull, Blaze and Napoleon all charge separately for this
- ✓White-to-red bezel lighting is a genuinely useful safety cue that no competitor here offers
- ✓20,000 BTU per burner ties the Coyote SL-Series for the highest per-burner output short of the luxury brands
- ✓Full #304 stainless construction, a step up from the #443 body on the Sizzler below it
- ✓Easy-clean briquette system spreads heat more evenly than sheet-metal flame tamers
- ✓Gold Standard lifetime warranty with non-prorated parts
Cons
- ✗Only three burners across 32 inches, so zone control is coarser than a four-burner Blaze at lower cost
- ✗535 sq in of main grate is actually less usable space than the cheaper Sizzler's four-burner layout
- ✗The infrared sear burner is still a separate drop-in accessory at a $3,200 price
- ✗Dealer-only pricing means the street price swings by several hundred dollars depending on who you buy from

More from Summerset →Summerset's value built-in and the one genuinely unusual grill in this group: it needs no electrical power at all, using piezo ignition with a manual flash-tube backup. That makes it the default choice for apartment complexes, rentals and any island where running power is impractical — Summerset markets it explicitly for multi-family and commercial use. Four #304 stainless tube burners at 12,000 BTU each make 48,000 BTU across 696 total square inches under 8mm round grates. Price is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY (SZR32) at BBQGuys; Summerset publishes no prices and sells through dealers.
Bull's mid-tier flagship and the model the brand rebuilt for 2026 with a new hood profile, knurled handle and black-backed gauge. Four cast stainless burners at 15,000 BTU each plus a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner total 75,000 BTU — more output than any 30-inch competitor at the price. Bull's published $2,959 MSRP is the DROP-IN HEAD ONLY; the Angus Complete Cart is a separate, more expensive SKU. The cast burners are what buy you Bull's lifetime warranty, which the welded-burner Outlaw does not get.
Coyote's loaded built-in and the answer to the C-Series' biggest weakness. Three 20,000 BTU Infinity Burners make 60,000 BTU, joined by a 15,000 BTU infrared sear zone and a 15,000 BTU infrared rear burner for 90,000 BTU total across 875 square inches. Unusually for this category, the rotisserie kit, ceramic briquettes and smoker box are all included rather than sold as accessories — Bull and Blaze both charge extra for the spit. Price is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY (C3SL36). It replaces the older S-Series C2SL36, which dealers are now listing as unavailable.
Broil King
Broil King Regal S 690 Pro Infrared
The most genuinely unusual gas grill in this group: it has two completely separate cookboxes with their own lids — a 500 square inch main box and a 250 square inch second box — so you can run a low indirect roast in one and a hard sear in the other without them fighting each other. Six Dual-Tube burners make 60,000 BTU, the infrared side burner reaches 1,700°F, and a 15,000 BTU rear burner ships with a rotisserie kit and auto-reversing motor. At 270 lbs it is a serious piece of equipment, and the cookbox carries a limited lifetime warranty.
Weber
Weber Summit FS38 E
Weber's current flagship freestanding gas grill, replacing the long-running Summit S-Series. Five tapered PureBlu burners make 65,000 BTU, with a 12,000 BTU side burner and a 16,000 BTU top-down infrared broiler that sears from above rather than below. A rotisserie motor, spit and forks are included rather than sold separately, as is a stainless smoker box. The Smart FS38X adds Weber Connect for roughly $1,300 more.
The 38-inch step up from the Angus and Bull's highest-volume premium head. Five cast stainless burners plus an infrared back burner make 90,000 BTU across 943 square inches total — 720 primary and a 223 square inch warming rack. Bull's $3,939 MSRP covers the DROP-IN HEAD ONLY. Worth knowing before you buy: Bull has stopped bundling the rotisserie kit with these models, so the spit and motor that older reviews describe as included are now a separate accessory.
