Blaze
Blaze BCM 32-Inch 4-Burner Built-In Gas Grill
Blaze's entry into the built-in outdoor-kitchen market, and as of 2026 the line that replaced the older Prelude LBM in Blaze's own catalog. Four cast 304 stainless burners at 14,000 BTU each, 9mm triangular stainless cooking rods, heat-zone dividers and a lifetime warranty on everything that carries heat. The price quoted is for the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY at BBQGuys; the same head on a Blaze cart is a separate SKU that lands several hundred dollars higher. Against the Premium LTE+ above it, the BCM drops the rear infrared rotisserie burner, the interior lights and the illuminated knobs.

Specifications
Pros
- ✓Cast 304 stainless burners carry a lifetime warranty, which is the single biggest difference between this and a $600 big-box built-in
- ✓14,000 BTU per burner across four burners is genuinely high output for a 32-inch head
- ✓9mm triangular stainless rods hold heat and leave real grill marks without the rust cycle of cast iron
- ✓Heat-zone dividers let you run a true two-zone fire in a 32-inch box
- ✓Standard 30-5/8 inch cutout matches the common Blaze island dimension, so cabinetry and doors are easy to source
Cons
- ✗No rear infrared burner, so rotisserie cooking is off the table entirely
- ✗No interior lights or illuminated knobs — night grilling needs a separate light
- ✗Head only at this price; the cart, doors and island are all extra, and the finished kitchen costs multiples of the grill
- ✗Blaze publishes no temperature range or included thermometer spec beyond an analog gauge
- ✗Requires professional gas plumbing for the natural-gas version, which is an install cost most freestanding buyers never face

More from Blaze →Blaze's volume seller and the model most 32-inch outdoor kitchens are built around. It adds a 10,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner, interior halogen lighting and illuminated control knobs to the BCM's four 14,000 BTU cast stainless burners, for 66,000 BTU total. The price quoted is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY in propane at BBQGuys; natural gas runs about $250 more and the freestanding cart version is a separate SKU. The LTE+ is the current revision of the long-running LTE, with a lift-assist hood and a redesigned double-lined lid.
Blaze's flagship built-in, and the point at which the brand stops competing on value. Three 18,000 BTU cast stainless H-burners replace the LTE's four tube burners, running 54,000 BTU into 816 square inches under 12mm hexagonal cooking rods roughly a third thicker than the LTE's 9mm. A rotisserie kit with a waterproof motor is included rather than optional, along with a 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner. Price quoted is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY in propane at BBQGuys, the authorized dealer; Blaze itself publishes no prices.
A kamado with no ceramic in it: the body is solid cast aluminum up to 1¼ inches thick, with a hex-pattern stainless steel cooking grid and a hinged grate for adding fuel mid-cook. Because the housing is non-porous metal rather than ceramic, Blaze allows any charcoal, any wood and any lighter-fluid or starter method without risk of absorption or thermal cracking, and covers the whole grill — body, grids, hinge, hardware — under a lifetime warranty. It is sold as a drop-in head for outdoor kitchens, with a separate cart or sleeve as an accessory.
Summerset's value built-in and the one genuinely unusual grill in this group: it needs no electrical power at all, using piezo ignition with a manual flash-tube backup. That makes it the default choice for apartment complexes, rentals and any island where running power is impractical — Summerset markets it explicitly for multi-family and commercial use. Four #304 stainless tube burners at 12,000 BTU each make 48,000 BTU across 696 total square inches under 8mm round grates. Price is the BUILT-IN HEAD ONLY (SZR32) at BBQGuys; Summerset publishes no prices and sells through dealers.
Napoleon
Napoleon Prestige 500
The Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB is a full stainless 4-burner gas grill with an infrared Sizzle Zone side burner, an infrared rear rotisserie burner, and an included rotisserie kit. It's the step-up-from-Weber recommendation in owner discussions. Note: this model is no longer sold new as of 2026. Its current equivalent is the Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB (2025 generation, from $2,099).
Bull's entry drop-in head and the cheapest way into a name-brand outdoor kitchen. Four welded stainless burners make 60,000 BTU across 575 square inches, with solid stainless grates, piezo ignition and NSF/CSA commercial certification. The $1,819 MSRP Bull publishes is for the GRILL HEAD ONLY — no cart, no doors, no island. Against the Angus above it, the Outlaw gives up the infrared back burner, the interior lighting and the lifetime cast-burner warranty.
