Napoleon Rogue PRO-S 525 RSIB

The top of Napoleon's Rogue line and the current replacement for the Rogue XT the catalog already carries as discontinued. Four main burners make 48,000 BTU, joined by an infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner and an infrared rear rotisserie burner for 76,500 BTU total across 851 square inches. The distinguishing feature is coverage: Napoleon warrants every part of this grill — ignition, burners, sear plates, knobs, grids — for 15 years, which is unusual at $1,679. SafetyGlow knobs light red when a burner is still running.

Pros

  • ✓The infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner hits steakhouse temperatures that no main burner on a cart grill reaches
  • ✓15-year bumper-to-bumper coverage on every part, not just the burners, is the best warranty in its price class
  • ✓Rear infrared burner means rotisserie capability is built in rather than an upsell tier
  • ✓SafetyGlow knobs are a real safety feature on a gas grill, and cheap rivals do not have them
  • ✓WAVE cooking grids leave distinctive sear marks and stop small food falling through
  • ✓Folding side shelf and locking casters make it workable on a small deck

Cons

  • ✗The rotisserie spit kit itself is not included at this tier — the rear burner is, the hardware is not
  • ✗No probe, screen or connectivity of any kind
  • ✗Napoleon sells through dealers and the street price swings by $150 or more between sellers
  • ✗525 sq in of primary grate is modest for a grill this wide once the side burner is accounted for

Gas Grill
4.5(1,202)

The Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB is a full stainless 4-burner gas grill with an infrared Sizzle Zone side burner, an infrared rear rotisserie burner, and an included rotisserie kit. It's the step-up-from-Weber recommendation in owner discussions. Note: this model is no longer sold new as of 2026. Its current equivalent is the Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB (2025 generation, from $2,099).

Gas Grill

The current Prestige 500, and worth flagging because the catalog lists a plain 'Napoleon Prestige 500' as discontinued — the RSIB version is very much still sold on napoleon.com. Four main burners at 48,000 BTU, a 16,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner and an 18,000 BTU infrared rear burner total 82,000 BTU over 900 square inches. Unlike the Rogue above it, the rotisserie kit is included, and the step up in warranty is the real story: lifetime coverage on major components rather than 15 years on everything.

Gas Grill

Napoleon's flagship cart grill and the most technically ambitious gas grill in this group. Five main burners make 60,000 BTU, with a 16,000 BTU infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner and an 18,000 BTU infrared rear burner bringing the total to 94,000 BTU across 1,000 square inches. What separates it is the electronics: an electric smoker box, support for three wired and two wireless meat probes readable from the app or the onboard LCD, and a lid-open compensation system that raises heat automatically instead of leaving you to chase it. It supersedes the Prestige PRO 665 RSIB, which napoleon.com now labels 'Legacy'.

Napoleon Professional 605 Charcoal Cart
~$1,649
Charcoal Grill

A charcoal grill built like a premium gas cart: all stainless, 605 sq in of WAVE cooking grid over a charcoal bed that cranks up and down for searing or roasting, a front-loading door so charcoal and smoking wood go in without lifting the grate, sliding air vents, a slide-out ash and drip pan, and a charcoal-fired rear rotisserie burner — which nothing else on the US market has. The lid is centre-gravity balanced so it lifts without swinging out past the back of the grill.

Napoleon Professional 22 Charcoal Kettle
~$389
Charcoal Grill

Napoleon's answer to the Weber kettle, and it is not a copy. The 21.5-inch cast iron grid sits at three selectable elevations and is hinged; a conical Vortex insert at the base of the bowl reshapes convection and funnels ash into the bucket; a smoke-stack chimney replaces the flat lid vent so wind and rain do not upset the draw. The lid is offset-hinged rather than lifted off, and the stainless extension ring is rotisserie-ready with covered spit ports. An 18-inch version sells for $319.
